OnTheStack lets you add friends and message them to arrange games and trades.
These are the rules for that, and what happens when someone breaks them.
They are short on purpose. This is a card collection app with private one-to-one
messages between people who have agreed to be friends — not a social network —
so the rules are the ones that actually apply.
Some things are worth stating because they are structural, not policy:
first, and the database refuses to store a message between anyone else.

Block ends it immediately: the friendship is removed, neither of you can
message the other, and neither can re-add the other. You do not need a reason
and the other person is not told why.
Report sends it to us. Use the Report option on a message or on the
conversation. Reports include a copy of the message so it can still be reviewed
if the sender deletes it.
Both are always available on every conversation.
Reports are reviewed by a person, and we aim to act within 72 hours.

If your account is actioned and you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice

If someone is in immediate danger, **contact your local emergency services
